The Ravi Shankar Centre presented A Festival of Indian Classical Music & Dance (2016) in celebration of its founder, Guruji Bharat Ratna Ravi Shankar for his 96th Birth Anniversary.

In a mix and match of veterans and next generation artists, the line-up of the concert included Shoukat Hussain Khan (vocals), Anupama Bhagwat (sitar) and Mukul Shivputra (vocalist).

Anupama Bhagavat will present a sitar concert prior to the award distribution ceremony.
